Booking & Payment Information
A $350 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date and time. It is applied toward the collection you select and also covers session planning, preparation, and wardrobe guidance.
After your session, a curated proof gallery is typically delivered within 5 business days. You will have 7 days to select your images. Final edited portraits are normally delivered within approximately 2 weeks; during the busy fall and spring seasons, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
Sessions may be rescheduled once when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided, subject to availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The $350 booking fee is non-refundable because your session date and preparation time are reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel the session, the booking fee is forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking.
RESCHEDULING
A session may be rescheduled once when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice require a $100 rescheduling fee. For outdoor sessions affected by unsafe weather, Polly will work with you to select the next available date.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 20-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late may shorten your session so later appointments are not affected. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late require rescheduling and a new booking fee.
NO-SHOWS
If you do not attend your session and provide no advance notice, the booking fee is forfeited. A new booking fee is required to reserve another date.
