Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:

Deposits & Cancellations

• A booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be applied toward your selected package

• If you cancel your session entirely, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your session one time without penalty, provided you notify me at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date

• Rescheduling within less than 72 hours of your session may result in an additional rescheduling fee of $100, as it is difficult to fill last-minute openings

• In case of bad weather (for outdoor sessions) or unexpected emergencies, we will work together to find the next available date

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion

• Sessions delayed by more than 30 minutes may be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited

​

No-Shows

• If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings​
